Data centre company AirTrunk has appointed Tom Mackellar as their Vice President for Origination & Market Expansion.
Tom joins AirTrunk from Lendlease, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of Development, with project lead and investment opportunities across global markets.
With over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex developments internationally, Tom brings deep expertise across origination, market expansion, corporate finance, capital structuring and strategic partnerships.
Tom has a track record of bringing together governments, utilities, landowners, developers, and capital partners to unlock opportunities at scale – helping shape projects that create long-term economic value, and supporting local communities to enable sustainable growth.
