Legora appoints new Chief Information Officer

The new appointment is expected to lead the next phase of Legora to create trusted AI in law.

Agentic AI firm Legora has announced the appointment of Jonathan Aluveaux as their new Chief Information Officer.

Jonathan joins from Ramp, where he served as CISO and led cybersecurity for a high-growth financial technology platform. Prior to Ramp, he served in a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) role at CLEAR, bringing security into business strategy, innovation, and new product development in a highly sensitive identity and trust environment.

He also held a role at Diligent, where he led security and risk management, scaling a global team in a category built around governance, risk and board-level trust.

Jonathan’s appointment will be key for the company’s next phase of growth, as legal firms trust Legora with some of their most sensitive work. AI now moves from discrete tools into core legal workflows, and trust must be designed into the product, the infrastructure, the governance model and day-to-day operations.

Jonathan is set to lead those foundations, helping Legora move quickly, meet the standards of the world’s leading legal teams, and define what trusted AI in law can become.
