AI powered platform unifies property management workflows

Inox an AI based software platform designed for UK block management has launched, with the goal of replacing traditional systems.

Inox brings together key property management functions into a single system, linking property managers, accountants, leaseholders and contractors. It is intended to eliminate the need for spreadsheets, outdated software and email-based workflows that are still widely used across the industry.

In relation to property management teams, the platform provides automated ticketing, invoice approvals and integrated messaging, all accessible on both mobile and desktop devices. This ensures that field-based property managers have the same capabilities as those working in the office.

AI is used to process invoices, with Inox advising that over a hundred invoices can be uploaded and within minutes can be prepared for approval.

Real time updates to service charge accounts are given by automated bank reconciliation which avoids the need for manual monthly processes.

Leaseholders and Right to Manage (RTM) directors have access to a portal which views and issues with reporting, financial information and any communication with the management teams.
