AI platform aims to prevent property chains collapsing

XchangeHero has launched a new software to prevent deals from falling through by targeting and solving potential problems early.

XchangeHero, launched this year, combines a full sales CRM with a chain management layer that tracks every property in a linked transaction on a single screen. This new platform gives independent UK estate agents active visibility into every property chain they are managing, with the goal of spotting problems early before they fall through.

XchangeHero automatically flags early warning signs such as a delayed mortgage offer, an outstanding surveyor report or outstanding enquiries from solicitors. This avoids an agent waiting to piece together potential delays from a trail of emails.

“One in three property sales in the UK fall through, and a huge proportion of those collapses are preventable. The problem is rarely that agents don’t care; it’s that they are managing ten chains simultaneously across a hundred emails a week, and things get missed. We built XchangeHero so the platform does the chasing, not the agent.”

James Limburn, Founder, XchangeHero

XchangeHero has an AI inbox agent which removes manual data entry by automatically updating deal records. It reads emails from solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers. This potentially removes a chunk of time of an agents working day.

Early users report getting set up within a day, without the need for data migration services. XchangeHero is aimed at independent agencies and is available on a monthly rolling subscription, with a 14 day free trial and no contract.

Over 60 independent agencies are now using XchangeHero, based in Hampshire, Surrey, Somerset, Devon and the wider South of England, with coverage continuing to expand nationally.
