The conversational AI platform transforming customer engagement for real estate businesses – VerbaFlo – has appointed Jennifer Love as Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Multifamily and Student Housing. She will lead the company’s expansion into the US, a key strategic market for VerbaFlo’s global growth.
Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience across enterprise SaaS, multifamily and student housing, where she has worked closely with many of the industry’s largest owners and operators to improve operational performance, drive revenue growth, and strengthen asset value.

Prior to joining VerbaFlo, Jennifer held leadership roles at Conservice and RealPage, where she advised senior executives on technology adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue optimisation.
Most recently, as National Sales Manager at Conservice, she led national growth strategy for student housing and senior living, partnering with leading ownership groups to drive adoption and portfolio growth. At RealPage, she served as Industry Principal for Student and Multifamily Solutions, working with enterprise operators to align technology with operational and leasing performance goals.
As SVP, Jennifer will be responsible for establishing and scaling VerbaFlo’s US presence, working closely with operators to help them modernise leasing and resident communication through AI-driven automation. Jennifer’s appointment also marks VerbaFlo’s first senior leadership hire in the US, reflecting the company’s commitment to investing in the region as it continues its global expansion.
