Three proptech platforms partner to streamline rental journey

Arthur Online, Veyco and Just Move In partner to streamline tenant onboarding and rental workflows through integrated proptech systems.

Three UK proptech platforms operating across different stages of the rental lifecycle have formed a partnership aimed at reducing friction in tenant onboarding and move-in processes. The collaboration brings together Arthur Online, Veyco and Just Move In, creating a connected workflow that spans from tenancy agreement through to move-in.

The integration links operational property management with compliance and onboarding, followed by home setup services, addressing a process that is typically fragmented across multiple systems and manual steps.

At the core of the partnership is Arthur’s platform, which acts as the operational system of record across the tenancy lifecycle. Through its integration with Veyco, agents can initiate identity checks, anti-money laundering (AML) screening and tenant referencing directly within the platform. Results are returned into the same workflow, reducing the need to switch between systems and improving visibility across the process.

Once tenancy agreements are completed, Just Move In manages the transition into occupation by coordinating utilities, broadband and insurance services, effectively extending the digital journey beyond contract completion.

The approach reflects a broader shift within proptech towards connected platforms rather than standalone tools. As regulatory requirements increase and customer expectations around speed and transparency rise, operators are seeking more integrated systems that combine compliance, operations and customer experience into a single workflow.

“Arthur strives to be at the forefront of the proptech space, and these integrations turn the tenancy management process into a best-in-class experience.”

George Okoronkwo, Head of Partnerships, Arthur

From an operational perspective, the integration reduces administrative burden across referencing, compliance and onboarding. Automated workflows, including biometric ID checks and open banking verification, are designed to shorten timelines while maintaining auditability and regulatory alignment.

For landlords and agents, the ability to manage onboarding, compliance and move-in services within a unified system also provides clearer oversight of tenant progression, reducing delays and improving conversion from agreement to occupation.

The partnership highlights how AI-enabled verification, workflow automation and platform integration are increasingly being embedded into core rental processes, moving the sector towards more standardised, data-driven operating models.
