HeyGen’s AI video generator has been fit into 15 real estate ad templates built for volume testing, nudging avatar video deeper into vertical SaaS – promising listing photos to narrated spot in a day.
The AI video platform is for workplace learning, creating professional videos with avatars and text-to-speech.
According to HeyGen Blog, the workflow has a 15-second digital twin capture and single-script exports to vertical, square and widescreen.
The company has raised $60m at a valuation above $500m on its Series A, bringing total funding raised so far to $74m. HeyGen has flexibility and will leave accuracy and fair-housing language to the agent, so adoption will rely on whether brokers trust avatar disclosure and MLS rules.
