BBG has appointed Faraz Iqbal as their Chief Technology & AI Officer. He will lead the firm’s enterprise technology strategy, AI and data transformation, technology modernisation, and the scaling of global operations.
Faraz will work closely with leadership across the firm to strengthen BBG’s technology infrastructure, advance the adoption of AI-driven tools, and enhance operational efficiency across service lines.

Faraz has over 25 years of industry experience and has led enterprise technology transformations for private equity-backed companies. He has deep expertise in AI and data transformation, technology modernisation and scaling global operations.
Prior to joining BBG, Faraz served as Chief Technology Officer at Edible Brands, where he led the company’s AI and technology transformation. He launched a computer vision AI platform, deploying enterprise-wide AI tools, and modernising the company’s technology infrastructure.
