404 Capital appoints Max Okunev as its new Investment & Technology Consultant.

Max will be responsible for building an AI driven toolkit, to be used for underwriting, market analysis, and deal screening across the PBSA Spanish pipeline. His appointment will further drive AI and technology in the real estate investment interests.
