ACB Technologies launches AI property management platform

The AI-forward property management platform designed to help real estate investors stay on top of their portfolios.

ACB Technologies has introduced KeyRing, a mobile-first, AI-forward property management platform designed to help real estate investors stay on top of their portfolios, whether they own their first rental or manage multiple properties.

Built from CEO Anthony Basile’s experience as a real estate investor, KeyRing addresses a familiar challenge – as a portfolio grows, so does the work. Each property brings its own tenants, leases, payments, maintenance requests and financial decisions. Keeping everything across spreadsheets, emails and separate apps makes it harder to know what needs attention and what to do next.

Anthony has seen gaps in how existing tools supported investors’ everyday needs. His vision for KeyRing is to bring that work together, with mobile access and AI at the centre of the experience.

“Being a real estate investor showed me how quickly managing properties can become complicated, and how much existing tools still leave you to figure out yourself.

“Our mission is to be AI-forward in a way that makes a practical difference.

“We want new investors to feel inspired about their future, confident managing what they own today and equipped to grow. That means putting their portfolio and an AI assistant in their pocket.”

KeyRing’s AI-forward approach centres on the information investors work with every day. The assistant draws on records within the user’s account to answer questions about their properties and companies. An owner can ask which tenants have outstanding rent, check a lease detail or review income and expenses without manually pulling together information from multiple screens. When information is missing, the assistant flags the gap, helping owners understand what still needs attention.

KeyRing brings properties, tenants, leases, rent collection, finances, maintenance and team access into one mobile-first platform. Owners can check information across multiple properties without waiting to return to their desks.

A mobile-first approach reflects how property ownership works beyond the office. During a property visit, an owner may need to check a tenant’s lease, review a maintenance issue or find a financial detail before deciding. Having that context available on a phone helps investors stay informed between appointments and site visits, with access to the same platform on the web when they return to their desks.

KeyRing’s AI assistant adds another layer of support. Users can ask questions about rent, leases and finances, find information across their portfolios and prepare everyday actions for review. KeyRing aims to make managing multiple properties more approachable while keeping users in control.

For investors whose properties sit across multiple companies, KeyRing also brings company-level organisation into the same experience. Owners can access properties, bank feeds, tenants and financial records across their companies through one login, while keeping income and expenses organized by property.

As more people become involved, team access helps support shared responsibilities. The AI assistant can prepare paperwork and actions for review, giving owners an opportunity to check the details before approving the next step.

For new investors, that means a foundation for building the habits and confidence needed to grow. For owners with expanding portfolios, it means a connected way to keep track of more properties and responsibilities.

Underlying the platform is a belief that managing a growing portfolio should feel achievable for more people. New investors are learning how to run a property while also thinking about their next investment.

KeyRing aims to support that progression by giving them a consistent place to organize records, ask questions and manage everyday responsibilities. As their portfolios develop, the platform brings additional properties and companies into a familiar workflow, supporting the transition from a first rental to a larger real estate business.
