Deepki accelerates expansion in the Nordics and Benelux

Deepki continues with their European acceleration as it announces the company's new hubs in the Nordics and Benelux.

Deepki, a sustainability SaaS solution for real estate, announces the company’s formal expansion into the Nordic and Dutch markets.

By establishing a dedicated local presence in Copenhagen and Amsterdam, Deepki provides ‘action-enabling’ solutions fuelled with audit-ready data, moving beyond traditional sustainability reporting toward genuine financial performance and asset resilience.

“Expanding into the Nordics and the Netherlands is about meeting Europe’s most advanced green real estate markets where they are today. Representing hundreds of billions of dollars in assets, investors in these regions have outgrown basic, fragmented tools as portfolio complexity and regulatory pressures intensify.

“They now require a single, complete platform to manage these intricate data sets. By partnering with them, we aren’t just solving a compliance headache, we are providing the unified data intelligence needed to actively protect liquidity and maximise long-term financial performance.”

Vincent Bryant, Co-founder & CEO, Deepki

Deepki has over 11 years of experience and monitors more than €4T AUM across 90+ countries, cementing itself as a strategic partner for the industry.

“Representing hundreds of billions of dollars in assets, investors in these regions have outgrown basic, fragmented tools as portfolio complexity and regulatory pressures intensify.

“They now require a single, complete platform to manage these intricate data sets. By partnering with them, we aren’t just solving a compliance headache – we are providing the unified data intelligence needed to actively protect liquidity and maximise long-term financial performance.”

Julie Villet, Head of ESG & Innovation, Mileway

This expansion comes at a key time as the Northern European real estate industry shifts from a compliance-focused mindset to one where sustainability is a primary lever for financial performance and physical asset protection.

“We use the Deepki platform for the collection and management of sustainability data across our portfolio. Their platform provides the visibility and insights we need to support our reporting and operational objectives.

“We value their ability to work with large and granular complex real estate portfolios and look forward to continuing our collaboration as they expand their presence in the Nordics and the Netherlands.”

The company has also formed global partnerships with CBRE and Real Asset X, powered by PGIM Real Estate.
