ValPal Pro is set to launch a new WhatsApp AI-driven integration for its lead management platform after becoming an officially recognised Meta Verified Tech Provider.
The integration will enable estate agents to respond instantly to inbound leads via WhatsApp, and gain leads over time to re-engage prospects using automated messaging, alongside ValPal Pro’s existing phone, SMS and email engagement tools.
The move reflects a broader shift in how consumers increasingly prefer to communicate. WhatsApp now has over three billion monthly active users globally, with over 150 billion messages exchanged every day.
There are over 200 million businesses who use WhatsApp Business, while industry data suggests WhatsApp messages can achieve open rates of up to 98% – significantly higher than traditional email. For estate agents, that level of visibility and immediacy presents a major engagement opportunity.
The Meta Verified Tech Provider status enables ValPal Pro to integrate directly with WhatsApp Business infrastructure, creating additional benefits beyond traditional SMS communication.
“WhatsApp gives us much greater flexibility in how we engage leads. Conversations can flow naturally across multiple exchanges at reduced cost to the client compared to SMS.
“Agents receive a messaging allowance as part of their ValPal Pro package, and WhatsApp allows significantly more engagement within that allowance compared with traditional SMS activity.
“There’s also a perception among consumers that WhatsApp communication feels more secure, more trusted and ultimately more professional than standard text messaging, which is important when dealing with high-value transactions like property.”
Carl Gascoigne, Head of Product & Innovation, The ValPal Network
The WhatsApp integration is expected to support agents in a market where responsiveness increasingly influences who wins instructions. With a greater proportion of valuation and portal leads arriving outside standard office hours, automated WhatsApp follow-up helps ensure opportunities remain engaged while interest remains high.
With WhatsApp increasing in adoption within customer service and CRM environments, it reflects wider demand for faster and conversational engagement. The ValPal Network hopes the integration will assist agents to reduce friction in lead management while maintaining stronger communication throughout the customer journey.
