Trebellar, a company building AI-native decision making for corporate real estate management, has announced $18m in Series A funding led by Blossom Capital, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish and Bynd.
The investment reflects growing enterprise demand and investor confidence that corporate real estate, one of the last major back-office functions without dedicated software, is the next to modernise.
Trebellar gives real estate teams one live view of their portfolio, covering how much space they have, what it costs, and whether it’s working for the people using it.
“Real estate has been the one back-office function still running on spreadsheets and outside consultants. We built Trebellar to give leaders the independence to make these decisions themselves, with the same speed and confidence every other part of the business already has.”
Diego Ferreiro Val, Co-founder and CEO, Trebellar
The platform layers into a single system of record – commute times, transit access, and team sentiment in addition to core data. Instead of a one-time report or a static dashboard, it tracks why each decision was made, whether it held up and what to do next. The platform is already used by enterprises such as Meta, Uber, Merck and Cohesity.
“What Trebellar has built is exactly what corporate real estate has been missing – purpose-built AI that actually thinks about the problem the way we do, not just another dashboard. It’s quickly becoming a key part of how our team thinks about real estate decisions.”
Dave Gunter, VP of Global Workplace Services, Meta
Trebellar was founded by a team of engineers and operators from Salesforce, Google, Waymo, and Verkada, paired with deep experience in corporate real estate. The company recently hired Dave Radcliffe – who oversaw the massive expansion of Google’s real estate footprint under its three CEOs – Eric Schmidt, Larry Page, and Sundar Pichai – as an advisor.
“Corporate real estate is one of the last major categories AI hasn’t reached yet – not because the opportunity isn’t there, but because the problem needed technology built specifically for it, not a repurposed dashboard or another services relationship. Diego, David, and Adam are the right team to build that.”
Ophelia Brown, Blossom Capital
The senior positions reflect the calibre of real estate leadership the company is attracting as it scales. Trebellar will use the new funding to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, deepen its AI capabilities, and expand its enterprise customer base.
