Street Group has introduced the all-in-one marketing tool Spectre, which connects with ESTAS. From this week, agents using both platforms can display ESTAS reviews on their website, automate and post them into their social and email content, and add them to their property reports – all from a single connection.
Reviews are the one part of an agency’s marketing the agency did not write about itself, which is what makes them worth reading. The integration puts that proof in the places an agency already markets itself – the website a seller checks before they instruct, the social feed they follow – and the valuation report that lands after the appointment.
“Agents have been asking us for this. They compete hard for their ESTAS reviews, and they should be able to use them across their Spectre marketing.
“A star rating on its own tells you very little which is why we built in an AI approval step that reads what the customer actually wrote, because what an agent shows a vendor should be the real picture, not just the score.”
Heather Staff, Co-Founder, Street Group
On Spectre Websites, agents run an auto-approved feed, styled either to their own site theme or in ESTAS branding. On Spectre Social, they post a review directly or let an automation draft and post it for them. For Spectre Email, agents can add reviews to both their one-off and automated emails, and on Property Reports, they choose which reviews close each report.
“Every ESTAS Review is written by a real customer about a real move, and agents work hard for every single one of them.
“Those reviews should be working for an agent at the moment it matters most, when a seller is deciding who to trust with their home. For too long they have been doing that job in one place, when they could be doing it everywhere.”
Simon Brown, Founding Director, ESTAS
Agents can set which star rating they want displayed, and nothing publishes without passing the checks they configure. Wherever reviews appear on their website, a link takes the reader to the agency’s full ESTAS profile, where every review is visible at any rating.
