LOFT is the multifamily sector’s first all-in-one resident experience platform, integrating every stage of the renter journey from leasing to day-to-day living. The award recognises technology that enhances property management, smart building systems, and real estate operations.
The platform was developed to address growing demand from residents for convenience, flexibility, and connectivity. It combines leasing, moving, payments, and rewards in a single app, offering features such as move-in checklists, credit-building financial tools, and a loyalty programme that allows residents to earn rewards.
