Rabbu launches Rabbu AI Property Search

The AI platform is a conversational AI concierge for short-term rental investing.

Rabbu, the marketplace for short-term rental investors, has launched Rabbu AI Property Search. The conversational AI concierge finds and evaluates short-term rental properties on the investor’s behalf in markets nationwide.

As opposed to searching listings market by market, investors describe what they are looking for. The concierge learns their buy box, searches Rabbu’s inventory nationwide, and provides a shortlist of real properties with expected revenue, gross yield, and returns already calculated. The platform is free and requires no signup.

“It does the job a knowledgeable real estate agent would do on your behalf, covering the entire country, before handing you off to a local agent for the on-the-ground detail.”

Emir Dukic, CEO and Co-Founder, Rabbu

The tool operates on Rabbu’s short-term rental performance data, like forward-looking revenue projections and, on owner-listed properties, verified historical operating financials. Properties are judged on what they can earn, not merely just list price.

“It does the job a knowledgeable real estate agent would do on your behalf, covering the entire country, before handing you off to a local agent for the on-the-ground detail. This is how we search for properties now, and we think it is where property search is heading.”

Emir Dukic, CEO and Co-Founder, Rabbu

Rabbu comments the tool is complementary for agents rather than a replacement. The concierge addresses discovery and evaluation at national scale, and short-term rental specialised agents help investors tour, negotiate and close.
