Keller Williams Realty (KW) has announced a partnership with Rejig.AI to offer KW-affiliated agents an AI-powered marketing assistant which automates hyperlocal listing and social media content. The platform keeps agents in control of what gets published.
The collaboration leverages KW’s open technology strategy revealed in February, when the Austin-based franchisor outlined plans to make its Command smart CRM platform more integration-ready for outside partners.
KW-affiliated agents will be able to use Rejig.AI to generate agent-branded posts, videos and market reports. They will be able to automatically create marketing content, where agents can approve before publishing, when a listing hits the MLS.
“We’re focused on giving KW entrepreneurs every advantage to maximise their opportunities, and Rejig.AI delivers that by helping agents create relevant, hyperlocal marketing at scale while giving them back valuable time.”
Chris Cox, Chief Technology and Digital Officer, Keller Williams Realty
Brokerages and franchises have raced to embed generative AI into their tech, based around CRM, listing marketing and social media. For real estate agents, consistent online visibility has become integral as more buyers and sellers commence their search on portals, social platforms and search engines.
“Real estate agents know they need to consistently market themselves and their listings but creating that content takes time.
“Our collaboration with KW brings AI-powered marketing directly to its entrepreneurs, doing more of the heavy lifting behind the scenes while keeping agents in control of their brand and what they publish.”
Matthew Maier, Co-Founder, Rejig.AI
KW affiliated agents will be able to manage social media channels, generate and plan posts, reels, print flyers and AI-narrated video walkthroughs throughout the listing lifecycle, including coming soon, just listed, open house, under contract and just sold.
Rejig.AI reports that agents can save over ten hours per week on social media activities using its tools. For agents whose time and capacity are limited, those hours can be reallocated to valuable tasks like lead generation, showings and transaction management.
