INTREAL strengthens INTREAL Solutions to accelerate AI growth

INTREAL has announced a strategic organisational realignment of its subsidiary INTREAL Solutions, aimed at supporting sustained growth and accelerating the use of artificial intelligence and automation across its operations.

Effective from 1 January 2026, the changes are designed to create a more resilient and future-ready structure as INTREAL Solutions continues to expand both within the HIH Group and across its growing third-party client base.

The reorganisation reflects several years of strong growth for INTREAL Solutions and a deliberate shift towards embedding emerging technologies more systematically into its service offering.

“We have grown significantly within the Group in recent years while also achieving strong and independent growth momentum in our third-party business. To ensure that this growth remains sustainable, we need to position ourselves more broadly and with a clear view to the future.”

As part of the new structure, the company will merge its existing data centre and IT services units into a single, consolidated service function. Alongside this, INTREAL Solutions will establish a dedicated AI, automation and collaboration team responsible for advancing artificial intelligence, process automation and modern workplace technologies across the business.

The new team will be formed by specialists already working within the organisation on these focus areas, enabling faster implementation of new technologies and closer alignment between strategy and delivery.

“This organisational step allows us to introduce innovative technologies into our operations more quickly, leveraging synergies more effectively and further strengthening our role as a future-oriented IT partner.”

Strengthening leadership capability is another central element of the reorganisation. From the beginning of 2026, Klaus Daum will join INTREAL Solutions’ senior management team, bringing extensive experience in SAP, large-scale programme delivery and executive leadership across finance and real estate environments.

“With Klaus Daum we are gaining not only an outstanding SAP specialist but also a strong leadership personality with a holistic understanding of processes and structures – from strategic and technological to commercial perspective.”

INTREAL Solutions has been developed over recent years as a key technology partner within the HIH Group while also expanding its external client portfolio.

The company’s sharpened focus on AI and automation is intended to support scalable growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure it remains well positioned as digital transformation accelerates across the real estate and financial services sectors.
