Ex Foxtons boss invests in AI PropTech Nesti

Peter Rollings invests in AI PropTech Nesti and joins as board adviser as the firm scales its estate agency voice platform.

AI-driven estate agency technology firm Nesti has secured investment from former Foxtons Managing Director Peter Rollings, who has also joined the business as a board adviser.

London-based Nesti, which develops artificial intelligence (AI)-powered enquiry handling tools for estate agents, confirmed that Peter has taken a shareholder position as the company prepares to accelerate its UK expansion across residential sales and lettings.

He joins marketing and PropTech specialist Louisa Fletcher, who has also been appointed as a board adviser. Together, they will support Nesti’s leadership team as it scales its AI-native Voice, Avatar and messaging platform.

Peter brings decades of estate agency leadership experience. During his time at Foxtons, he oversaw significant expansion, later playing a central role in the growth and sale of Marsh & Parsons to LSL PLC for £53m. He currently serves as a Non-executive Director at Foxtons PLC, Viewber Ltd and Squarefoot Capital, alongside mentoring roles within the industry.

“When I first encountered Nesti, I was immediately struck by its potential to raise standards across the property industry. Having experienced first-hand how poorly enquiries are often handled, I know only too well how easily opportunities are lost.

“Nesti removes the unrealistic expectation that every call will always be answered perfectly by busy teams. Instead, it ensures enquiries are handled professionally, key information is captured, and genuine opportunities aren’t reduced to vague promises of a call back.”

Louisa, a fractional CMO and long-standing PropTech adviser with over 25 years’ experience across residential property and technology, said the platform addresses practical operational pressures facing agents.

“Nesti is harnessing AI to tackle some of the most practical challenges facing agents today, particularly around high-quality enquiry handling, responsiveness and consistent messaging.

“Their unique solution of Avatar, Voice and WhatsApp messaging truly fills a gap in the market, and performance gains in the platform over the last 12 months have led to a superior product, which has already established itself as essential for early-adopter agents.

“I’m looking forward to supporting the team on their fast growth strategy as they continue to scale and helping to ensure that the technology delivers real commercial value and a point of differentiation for agents in the UK market.”

Nesti’s platform is designed to manage inbound calls, digital enquiries and messaging interactions using AI-powered voice assistants, avatars and conversational automation. The system aims to reduce missed opportunities by capturing key information, qualifying leads and maintaining consistent communication outside traditional office hours.

Morgan said the combined experience of Peter and Louisa strengthens the company’s next growth phase.

“Peter and Louisa bring two highly complementary perspectives to Nesti. Peter has led large-scale estate agency businesses and understands the operational realities that agents face on a daily basis, while Louisa brings deep experience in technology, marketing and how PropTech is successfully adopted within the sector.

“Their combined insights have already proven invaluable as we’ve been gearing up for the execution of our go-to-market plan for 2026 and will continue to do so as we develop the platform and support agents of all sizes moving forward.”

The appointments come as estate agencies face increasing pressure to respond instantly to enquiries, manage rising volumes of digital interactions and differentiate in a competitive marketplace where speed and service consistency can determine instruction wins.
