Daleel secures $3m in pre-seed round

AI real estate platform Daleel secures $3m in pre-seed round to advance product development and expansion.

Daleel, an AI real estate intelligence platform, secures $3m in pre-seed round to advance product development and expansion.

Daleel operates under the Dubai Land Department’s Real Estate Evolution Space (REES) program, a government-backed initiative which advances innovation, technology, and data in Dubai’s real estate sector.

The company plans to use the funds to progress product development, launch mobile applications, and expand their coverage into Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.

“We’re building the intelligence layer for GCC real estate. Every transaction, every rental contract, every mortgage. Unified, verified, and accessible through conversation. Dubai is where we start.

“The Gulf is where we’re going. Saudi is at an inflection point. New ownership laws, government pushing digital transformation, and no dominant platform yet.

“The incumbents are trying to replicate their UAE playbook with listing databases plus AI features. We’re coming in AI native with government data integration from day one. That’s a different product entirely.”

Ilan Cohen, Co-Founder, Daleel

Daleel is arguably positioned at the centre of Dubai’s push to modernise its property ecosystem. The platform has direct access to historical transaction data dating back to the earliest DLD records, such as actual sale prices, not asking prices, actual rental contracts from Ejari, not landlord wish lists. They have access to mortgage registrations, construction progress, and service charges.

This data is unified with live listings from every major portal and deduplicated, so each property appears once, irrespective of how many platforms list it.

“We didn’t add AI to a listing database. We built the architecture from the ground up for machine learning. The data model is designed for AI reasoning, with relationships between properties, transactions, developers, and buildings. That’s fundamentally different from a searchable inventory.”
