ClearPath AI has launched in the UK following £1m raised in pre-seed funding. The venture will leverage artificial intelligence (AI) as an operating system for legal and professional services.
ClearPath AI covers five different AI platforms built for legal, property and financial sectors. ClearPath Legal AI will work across legal matters and conveyancing, ClearPath Property AI will be for estate agency and property transactions.
Across mortgage broking and lending ClearPath Finance AI will be in place, and ClearPath Risk & Compliance AI will operate across risk management and compliance.
Finally, ClearPathOS™ will be the company’s AI-native operating system for legal, property and financial services.
“My vision behind ClearPath is simple – AI should do more than answer questions, generate content or sit beside the workflow. It should understand the context, perform more of the work and keep things moving- while people remain in control of the judgement, advice, decisions and relationships that matter.
“That is what we have built. Our AI platforms can operate independently and alongside the systems businesses already use, making it possible for firms to adopt ClearPath AI without replacing the tech stack they already use.”
Rudi Kesic, Founder, ClearPath AI
The company’s pre-seed investment came from entrepreneurs and senior industry figures, and is set to create over 20 jobs, commercial expansion and building on product development.
“Most estate agency software records the transaction and gives people the tools to manage it. We’ve started from a different position – what happens when AI can understand the transaction and perform much of the routine work required to keep it moving?
“Property AI isn’t an assistant sitting next to a CRM. The AI operates across the transaction and brings the estate agent in where judgement, approval or the client relationship requires them.”
