BRKZ raises capital to fuel next phase of growth

The funds will be use to advance the company's AI-powered pricing and the roll out of embedded financing solutions.

Saudi-based platform BRKZ has secured $31m in new capital to fuel its next phase of growth for technology-enabled building materials procurement. The capital will be used to advance their AI-powered pricing and fulfilment engine and for the roll out of embedded financing solutions for its network of contractors and suppliers.

The funding includes $13m raised in a Series B equity. The round was led by Wa’ed Ventures, a venture capital arm of Aramco, and 500 Global, with participation from BECO Capital and Anb Seed Fund.

Existing financing partner Stride Ventures has committed $18m in growth debt under BRKZ’s previously announced $30m venture debt facility, supporting working capital and flexible payment terms for customers.

“Our continued investment in BRKZ reflects our confidence in the company’s ability to make building materials procurement more efficient, connected and data driven.

“We look forward to supporting the team as they further advance their AI capabilities and scale their impact across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.”

Anas Algahtani, CEO, Wa’ed Ventures

For BRKZ, revenue is on track to triple in 2026, following 2.5x year-on-year growth in 2025. The company continued to expand despite geopolitical and supply-chain disruption across the Middle East. Its growth reflects the need for digitised procurement, pricing transparency, and reliable fulfilment across the construction material supply chain.

“The past 12 months have reinforced why we built BRKZ. Even amid significant regional and supply-chain disruptions, we achieved record growth because contractors and factories still need reliable access to materials, competitive pricing and dependable fulfilment.

“Having spent our first years building the supply network, infrastructure and data to digitise procurement at scale, we can now make that infrastructure significantly smarter and, with this funding, extend our reach across Saudi Arabia and the region.”

Ibrahim Manna, Founder and CEO, BRKZ

BRKZ ‘s portfolio expands to serving over 1,500 contracting companies and 150 building materials factories, supported by approximately 2,100 local and international suppliers. The company has sold over SAR 500m ($133m) in raw, local, and imported building materials and has processed over $1.37bn (SAR 5.13bn) in RFQs through its platform.

“Building materials procurement is one of the largest, least digitised categories in the Saudi economy, and BRKZ has methodically built the infrastructure and data needed to solve it at scale.”

Amjad Ahmad, Managing Partner, 500 Global

Building materials make up a share of construction project costs, but procurement remains largely fragmented and relies on manual sourcing, negotiations and disconnected logistics processes.

“Our decision to co-lead this round was driven by the team’s demonstrated execution: BRKZ sustained growth despite significant regional supply-chain disruption because contractors rely on the platform to deliver.

“This speaks to the strong operational foundation. We look forward to supporting the team as they deepen their AI capabilities, expand embedded financing, and grow across the region.”

Anas Algahtani, CEO, Wa’ed Ventures

BRKZ gives contractors, distributors and factories with a single platform to source local, imported and raw materials. It brings together its Saudi supplier network with international sourcing capabilities and manages pricing, quality assurance, logistics and flexible commercial terms through a single procurement relationship.

“Saudi Arabia is building at extraordinary scale, and BRKZ is transforming how one of the Kingdom’s largest industries operates.

“By combining proprietary data, AI and embedded financing, the company is addressing a real and significant challenge in the construction supply chain.

“With more than SAR 5bn of RFQs already processed, BRKZ has demonstrated both execution and scale. At anb capital, we see the potential for BRKZ to become an important technology-enabled infrastructure platform for the Kingdom and, over time, the wider region.”

Khalid S. Alghamdi, CEO, Anb Capital

BRKZ has spent the past three years building a proprietary building materials dataset of 38 million structured data points across over 13,000 product records and over 2,100 supplier profiles.
