Boom, an AI-powered property management system, has announced a new integration with Beyond, a revenue management platform built for short-term rental operators.
The partnership enables property managers to connect Beyond’s AI-driven pricing engine directly with Boom’s AI-native property management system, allowing dynamically optimised rates to flow automatically into Boom and across connected booking channels.
By combining Beyond’s real-time market intelligence and revenue management expertise with Boom’s AI operating layer, the integration is designed to remove manual steps between pricing strategy and execution. Pricing updates are pushed automatically to live listings, giving operators immediate visibility into performance without the need to switch between systems or re-enter data.
“Revenue is one of the most powerful levers in operations, and this integration makes it effortless. By uniting Beyond’s pricing intelligence with Boom’s AI management, our users can act faster and grow smarter — freeing their teams to focus on what really moves the needle.”
Shahar Goldboim, CEO and Co-Founder, Boom
Beyond is also advancing its AI capabilities with the launch of Neyoba, an AI-powered revenue management assistant. Built on more than a decade of pricing data and market insights, Neyoba is designed to help hosts and property managers interpret performance trends more quickly and make informed pricing decisions that blend automation with human expertise.
With Beyond integrated into Boom’s AI-native property management system, operators can manage pricing strategy, multi-channel distribution and daily operations within a single platform, reducing reliance on fragmented tools and improving operational efficiency.
“Hosts and managers need flexibility and precision wherever they are. Together with Boom, we’re putting dynamic pricing and execution on the same rail — so recommendations not only look good in a dashboard, they also actually reach the guest and deliver results in real time.”
Gerard Murphy, VP of Product, Beyond
This announcement follows a period of strong momentum for Boom. In October 2025, the company introduced BAM, an autonomous business agent designed to support short-term rental operators across guest communications, reporting and review management.
Boom also recently closed a $12.7m funding round led by Avenue Growth Partners to support ongoing product development and international expansion.
