BGRE has finalised a lease for 17,027 sq ft at The Gilbert office scheme in Finsbury Square, London to an AI firm.
The company will be at level three at The Gilbert, which comprises 90 desks, 80 agile workstations, 14 focus rooms and call pods, a 24-person boardroom, meeting rooms and a central kitchen and breakout hub.

The last available floor available at The Gilbert is 13,460 sq ft located on level five, which comprises a 1,401 sq ft terrace. BGRE were advised by Allsop & Newmark on the letting.
