A new AI-powered marketing platform designed specifically for estate and letting agents has been launched in the UK, aiming to reduce the time spent on routine marketing activity while improving consistency across digital channels.
Amplify has been developed by Art Division, a UK-based web design and digital marketing agency that works exclusively with property professionals. The platform is intended to help agents manage content creation and distribution more efficiently at a time when maintaining an active online presence is increasingly important but often resource intensive.
The platform automates the production and publishing of marketing materials including website blog content, social media posts and branded email newsletters, all managed through a single integrated system. Amplify is available as an add-on to existing websites built by Art Division and is embedded directly into each site’s infrastructure.
According to the company, the platform has been created to address the operational pressures agents face as they balance client-facing responsibilities with ongoing marketing demands.
“We created Amplify to solve three common challenges our clients face: lack of time, lack of content, and lack of consistency. This plan combines smart automation and AI technology to reduce what used to take hours each week into just a few minutes of your time each month – while still delivering a strong, consistent marketing presence.”

Amplify integrates with WordPress and connects website publishing with social media output and email marketing. By monitoring changes such as new blog posts, property listings and customer reviews, the system automatically generates and distributes relevant marketing content without the need for manual prompts.
A central feature of the platform is AI-powered blog/content generation. Agents can create long-form, SEO-focused articles covering a wide range of property-related topics, with content structured for different audiences including buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. The platform also supports the creation of local market updates, allowing agents to publish commentary tailored to their specific operating areas.
Art Division says Amplify differs from general-purpose AI tools by operating entirely within an agent’s website environment. Because it is embedded into the site’s content management system and database, the platform can respond to live website activity and manage contact data without relying on external tools or repeated user input.
The system uses a proprietary prompt framework developed specifically for the UK property market, designed to ensure content tone, terminology and subject matter align with industry norms and audience expectations.
“Many agents know they need to be consistent online, but they simply don’t have the time or resources to do it all. Amplify lifts that burden. It’s cost-effective, incredibly efficient, and designed with the property market in mind.
