AktivBo sees rising demand for AI-driven tenant analytics

Following the launch if its AI tool for analysing tenant feedback, AktivBo is seeing growing demand from property owners and operators across North America, as real estate firms sharpen their focus on retention, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

As a European provider of tenant satisfaction analytics, AktivBo is attracting interest from multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use asset managers across the United States and Canada. These organisations are increasingly seeking actionable tenant insights and AI-enabled platforms that can translate feedback into measurable performance improvements.

Operating in over 20 markets globally, AktivBo works with over 500 property owners and facility managers, providing tenant surveys, benchmarking, analytics and action planning. To support rising demand in the region, the company has established AktivBo Inc., a US-based subsidiary dedicated to serving North American property owners.

“We’re energised by the opportunities we see in North America, and our successful collaborations show a strong product–market fit for AktivBo Analytics. With our AI-based platform, property owners can quantify the cost–benefit of their initiatives, drive efficiency, and raise tenant satisfaction.”

Florida-based CP Group, a vertically integrated commercial real estate firm and value-add investor with over 19 million sq ft of assets under management across major US markets, has adopted AktivBo’s tenant satisfaction surveys and analytics to strengthen and operationalise tenant insights across its portfolio.

“In AktivBo, we found a true partner that is dedicated, adaptable, and deeply experienced in data and tenant engagement. Their insights and support enabled us to deliver a seamless survey that captured valuable customer feedback and strengthened our ability to continually enhance the tenant experience across our portfolio.

“Their commitment was evident at every step, and their broad range of survey tools throughout the customer journey was an added bonus in selecting AktivBo as our survey partner as we continue to grow and elevate our tenant relationships.”
