Yardi unveils real estate AI platform Virtuoso Enterprise

Yardi's Virtuoso Enterprise gives property owners, operators and managers a single AI-powered solution across every workflow.

Yardi has announced Yardi Virtuoso Enterprise, a complete AI platform for real estate, ahead of the Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference. Virtuoso Enterprise gives property owners, operators and managers a single AI-powered solution across every workflow, built on one connected data foundation.

Many real estate organisations manage AI through a mix of disconnected tools — each drawing on partial data and producing inconsistent results. Virtuoso Enterprise is built on a different premise – AI works better when it has access to complete, connected data.

The Yardi platform already serves as the system of record across leasing, finance, operations, compliance and reporting. Virtuoso Enterprise can access the full picture and deliver more accurate, actionable results. Security and governance controls carry over automatically from existing Yardi configurations.

“Yardi has been building the future of real estate technology for 40 years and we’re continuing that legacy in the AI era.

“Virtuoso Enterprise extends the value of managing an entire portfolio from a single connected platform with accuracy, speed and stakeholder service that weren’t previously attainable.”

Rob Teel, CEO, Yardi

Virtuoso Enterprise brings AI to the Yardi platform through three layers of capability. The Native AI woven directly into the Yardi solutions teams already use — including AI-powered report building in Yardi Voyager, course generation in Aspire, and invoice coding in Procure to Pay. It also has resident assistance in CRM IQ and Chat IQ, and image analysis, work order triage, technician assistance, parts suggestion and video inspection in Maintenance IQ.

Connectors give teams natural language access to live Yardi data through the AI tools they already use. The Claude connector is currently live, enabling tasks like budget vs. actuals analysis, owner report generation and portfolio performance summaries all grounded in real-time Yardi data. Integrations from Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT and Gemini are also coming soon.

Agents are purpose-built to automate the highest-friction workflows in real estate, with ROI that is calculable before deployment. Current agents include Smart Approval Agent for automated invoice approvals, Lease Audit Agent for identifying billing gaps, Month-End Close Agent which runs 30 reports automatically across books, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, security deposits, rent roll and GL hygiene, and surfaces issues in plain language with suggested next steps.

Virtuoso Enterprise is available for multifamily, commercial, senior living, affordable housing, public housing and investment management, with additional markets planned for 2027. Each platform is tailored to the workflows, compliance requirements and reporting needs of that market.
