RealPage, a global provider of AI-enabled software platforms for the real estate industry, has announced its acquisition of Rexera, a company specialising in agentic AI for real estate operations. The acquisition combines Rexera’s AI workforce with RealPage’s HomeWiseDocs platform, creating a nationwide platform aimed at streamlining real estate transactions and operations.
The combined platform is designed to address time-consuming processes such as HOA document retrieval, lien searches, mortgage payoffs, and compliance workflows. By automating these tasks, the solution aims to improve speed and accuracy for title agents, lenders, escrow officers, and ultimately the buyers and sellers they serve.
“By combining RealPage’s scale and the HomeWiseDocs platform with Rexera’s AI capabilities, we’re accelerating the transformation of real estate operations. Through this strategic acquisition, RealPage is delivering AI solutions that help customers focus on what matters most: serving their clients.”
Dana Jones, CEO and President, RealPage
Rexera’s AI agents fully automate workflows including HOA resale documents, municipal liens, mortgage payoffs, and condo reviews. The platform is used by some of the largest title and lender firms in the U.S., facilitating over 1% of all monthly residential real estate transactions.
“RealPage and Rexera share a commitment to addressing the real estate industry’s persistent challenges through intelligent technology. Joining forces allows us to deliver AI solutions that streamline operations, reduce friction, and create measurable value for customers.”
Vishrut Malhotra, Co-founder and CEO, Rexera
