Investment and management group Stelling & Co has appointed Lewis Hartley as their Group Head of AI & Technology. Alongside this role, Lewis will continue to work with the team at Unilife Student Living as Head of Marketing & Technology.
Lewis has senior leadership experience across the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector, property sector, and AI innovation.
In his new role at Stelling & Co Lewis will be responsible for leading technology, AI, automation and innovation across the group and its business operations – including Unilife Student Living, Stelling Properties, Trigon Hotels and Peak Gen Power Ltd.
Across both roles, he will transfer strategy into delivery for the group by developing high performing data-led teams streamlined for long-term growth.
