eXp Realty expands Nexus

Nexus will expand into EMEIA and APAC markets.

eXp Realty has announced that Nexus, eXp International’s AI-native, all-in-one platform for global real estate agents, is expanding into its EMEIA and APAC markets.

Nexus has been built specifically for eXp’s international agent base, and unifies listing management, CRM, agent recruitment, transactions, e-signature and AI-powered marketing tools into a single system. It replaces the patchwork of separate logins agents and localised market by market from one shared codebase.

International agents typically operate across five or more disconnected systems for their CRM, transaction management, e-signature, listing management and marketing. Nexus consolidates that stack into one platform, with country-specific configurations – currency, regulatory compliance, local portal integrations, and single- versus two-agent transaction structures – built on top of a single, shared codebase.

Underlying Nexus is an AI infrastructure that ties the platform together, as opposed to a collection of separate AI features layered on top of disconnected systems. That infrastructure gives agents AI-powered tools built directly into Nexus, connecting their CRM, transactions, listings and marketing into one ecosystem they can use to run and grow their business.

“Nexus started as a challenge. About a year ago in Montreal, Glenn Sanford challenged all of us to vibe-code our ideal system for a real estate agent. What I built looked like Frankenstein and didn’t work at all, but it was the origin story of Nexus.”

Several Nexus modules are already in production. Nexus TRX, a full transaction management system covering the closing process from offer to final signatures, is currently trialling in South Africa.

eXpSign, a fully integrated e-signature tool, is live across eXp’s international markets, and Property Files, a public-facing listing document repository, is already capturing leads and feeding them directly into the Nexus CRM.

“It’s a combination of all the tools agents currently use, all in one place, a mix of tools we’ve built specifically for agents that are proprietary to eXp, and tools they are already using in their business that we now provide.

“Whether it’s transactions, listings, revenue share, or leads coming in from a portal, everything communicates in one place.”

eXp mentions the platform can cut a market’s software costs by 60% to 70% by replacing per-country CRM subscriptions and separate tool licenses with one platform cost. The company is rolling Nexus out in three phases – an initial core-platform launch to pilot markets, a multi-country adoption phase, and a third phase that opens Nexus to non-eXp agents and brokerages through a subscription model with tiered pricing. Existing tools remain available during the transition, with agents migrating at their own pace.

“This changes how eXp International is seen as we continue to scale into new countries. I believe we are becoming the AI-native brokerage – we’ve built the first AI-native platform that can operate across many countries at once.”

Felix Bravo, Managing Director, eXp International

Having already run in alpha across Latin America, Nexus is now entering closed beta in its EMEIA and APAC markets, with South Africa, New Zealand and Australia among the first to gain access. Spain is to follow, with wider expansion across Europe to come as the platform adapts to GDPR and other local data regulations. Agents in these markets can request early access at expnexus.ai.

Felxi adds the decision to open with a closed beta, rather than a wider release, was deliberate – he wants early-access agents to stress-test Nexus and help shape it before it rolls out more broadly.
