Brokurz, the artificial intelligence (AI) operating system for real estate has announced the acquisition of MLS Ingest, a real estate technology company that connects, ingests, normalises, structures, and delivers MLS property data for modern search, software and AI applications.
The acquisition will bring foundational MLS data infrastructure into its growing AI operating system for real estate. Brokurz is building the AI operating system, unifying brokerage operations, data, automation, and intelligence in one connected platform designed for modern real estate businesses.
The acquisition advances Brokurz’s strategy to control the foundational infrastructure powering modern real estate technology. Brokurz is building a connected operating system ranging from transactions, compliance, CRM, commissions, accounting, recruiting, websites, analytics, automation and AI. The MLS Ingest adds another layer – the property data underlying the real estate market.

MLS data remains one of real estate technology’s most fragmented infrastructure challenges. MLS Ingest was built to connect disparate MLS sources, normalise their data, structure it into consistent formats, and make it usable across modern applications.
MLS Ingest’s infrastructure is expected to support native property search, MLS and IDX experiences, brokerage and agent websites, listing intelligence, CRM enrichment, market insights, analytics, automation and future AI products.
The acquisition connects two layers that have historically operated separately – the property data describing the market and the operating data generated by real estate businesses.

Following the acquisition, MLS Ingest is now a Brokurz company and will serve as a foundational component of Brokurz’s expanding real estate data and AI infrastructure.
