Innovo partners with Dubai PropTech Hub

The collaboration is set to accelerate construction innovation across the UAE and the wider Global South.

Innovo Group has formed a strategic partnership with Dubai PropTech Hub, an initiative of DIFC Innovation Hub, to accelerate construction innovation across the UAE and the wider Global South.

Innovo’s live project portfolio and engineering expertise will be combined with Dubai PropTech Hub’s innovation ecosystem, helping start-ups test, validate and scale technologies in real construction environments. These solutions will support productivity, safety, quality, cost efficiency and delivery certainty across the built environment.

The agreement was signed by Mohammad Alblooshi, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Innovation Hub, and Simon Penney, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Innovo, in the presence of His Excellency Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Authority, and Bishoy Azmy, Chief Executive Officer of Innovo.

“The construction industry is at a critical innovation juncture. By joining Dubai PropTech Hub, Innovo is reinforcing its commitment to reimagining construction and providing start-ups with the live project environments and engineering expertise needed to prove and scale their solutions.

“This partnership will strengthen Dubai’s PropTech ecosystem and help shape an innovation-led future for the built environment.”

Bishoy Azmy, Chief Executive Officer, Innovo

As a Founding Partner, Innovo will support emerging solutions across artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, digital twins, automation, sustainable materials and new construction methodologies. Innovations developed and tested in the UAE can also be introduced across Innovo’s international footprint, extending their impact throughout Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Established in 2025, Dubai PropTech Hub aims to support over 200 PropTech start-ups and attract over USD 300m in investment by 2030. The partnership also supports Dubai’s D33 agenda and Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, strengthening the emirate’s position as a global centre for real estate and construction innovation.

“The Dubai PropTech Hub was established to serve as a regional platform where innovation meets industry at scale. Innovo’s participation enhances our ability to move PropTech solutions from concept into live construction environments.

“By providing start-ups with access to real projects, this collaboration accelerates commercial adoption and delivers tangible value for the industry, while reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global leader in real estate innovation.”

His Excellency Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer, DIFC Authority

Innovo and Dubai PropTech Hub is set to create a practical framework for moving construction technologies from concept to commercial application, generating lasting value in the UAE and across international markets.
