ai{Found}RE has launched FoundScore which measures and improves how often real estate agents are recommended by AI.
As buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT and Gemini ‘who’s the best agent in [city]’ – ai{Found}RE is the first service built for real estate that continuously tests and monitors an agent’s visibility across all five major AI engines and across every market they serve.
“When a buyer asks ChatGPT who to hire, the agent who comes up wins the client — and most agents have no idea they’re invisible.”
Raf Ricci, Co-Founder, ai{Found}RE
The AI search will return a single recommendation – usually two or three names – and most agents are not included. The FoundScore audit runs 125 real buyer questions across five engines to score exactly where an agent stands, then re-tests over 60 days to show what moved and why.
For example, when asked unprompted – ‘Who is the best real estate agent in Bloomfield, N.J.?’, ChatGPT named Montclair-based agent Nancy Chu – the result of time spent building the signals AI reads.
“When a buyer asks ChatGPT who to hire, the agent who comes up wins the client — and most agents have no idea they’re invisible. We’re the first to measure that visibility across every major AI engine, in every market an agent serves, then give them the exact steps to increase it.”

Beyond the audit, the FoundLab cohort gives agents the prompts, skills, systems, and workflows to start generating AI referrals.
