Virtual Staging Art announces the launch of PropLens – a mobile app which turns any smartphone into a guided real estate photography and staging tool.
PropLens is designed to solve one of the most time-consuming parts of listing prep – getting professional, market-ready photos without hiring a specialist for every shoot.
PropLens guides agents, photographers, brokerages, and property managers through each stage of a property shoot. Users can create a room-by-room shot plan, follow on-screen guidance for lighting, perspective and composition, and then use AI tools to prepare the final images for a listing.
“Real estate professionals often have to move between a camera app, editing software, virtual staging providers and separate tools for branding and delivery. PropLens brings those steps together, helping professionals create stronger listing visuals while they are still at the property.”
Eran Galperin, CEO at Virtual Staging Art
PropLens generates a suggested shot list based on the property’s details and provides guidance as the user captures photos and walkthrough videos. Once the shoot is complete, users can edit the images directly within the app.
Its AI-powered tools allow real estate professionals to virtually stage empty or sparsely furnished rooms in multiple interior styles, remove clutter, furniture and unwanted objects from occupied spaces.
It can enhance lighting, apply HDR effects and replace overcast skies, make targeted edits without using complicated desktop software and clean up and furnish floor plans for use in property marketing.
Other features include applying a company logo watermark across the final photo set, and adding an optional AI-use disclosure to exported images. Projects automatically sync with the user’s Virtual Staging Art account, allowing work started on a phone to be accessed later through the company’s desktop platform.
