Holding Redlich forms partnership with agentic AI firm Legora

Holding Redlich has formed a partnership with agentic AI firm Legora to improve transactional day-to-day workflows.

Law firm Holding Redlich has formed a partnership with Legora, the agentic AI platform for legal professionals. The firm is set to deploy the AI platform across the company’s property and commercial teams following a pilot of the technology.

The partnership will enable Legora to embed AI tech into the firm’s day-to-day transactional workflows designed to support lawyers on complex, document-heavy tasks such as M&A due diligence, contract review and drafting. The platform’s agentic capabilities will allow teams to streamline large transactions, supporting faster and more consistent delivery for clients.

Holding Redlich selected Legora following a rigorous pilot, which saw over 30 lawyer’s carefully asses the platform against the practical demands of their work. The pilot focused on key use cases including M&A due diligence, post-completion transaction management and real estate transactions.

“Holding Redlich has long invested in technology that helps our lawyers solve real-world challenges for clients.

By adopting AI platforms like Legora, we can significantly reduce the time spent on document-heavy tasks and deliver faster, more efficient outcomes for clients, while maintaining the accuracy and commercial judgement required for complex legal work.

“Innovation is most valuable when it solves real problems for lawyers and clients. Our focus is on embedding technology into legal workflows where it can improve efficiency, support better decision-making and help our people spend more time on high-value legal work.

“We expect AI to continue playing an increasingly important role across legal research, data handling, knowledge management and litigation workflows.

“Our priority is ensuring these technologies are implemented responsibly, with appropriate oversight, and aligned with the standards our clients expect from us.”

William Kontaxis, Partner and Innovation Hub Lead, Holding Redlich

Feedback from participating teams at the company highlighted the platform’s flexibility, with Legora able to be accessed across the firm’s existing workflows, whether through a web browser, Word add-in or Outlook add-in, adapting to the way lawyers work rather than requiring them to change how they work.

The firm’s decision to lead with the property, corporate and commercial teams reflects a targeted approach to AI adoption, prioritising areas where the technology can deliver the greatest impact and value for clients. The firm is expected to expand the platform’s use across other practice groups in the coming months.

“We’re excited to partner with Holding Redlich, a firm with a clear and considered approach to bringing AI into legal practice.

“We look forward to working closely with their lawyers to embed Legora into the way they work, while supporting the firm as its use of the platform grows.”

Heather Paterson, VP, Legora APJ

Holding Redlich’s approach to innovation includes the adoption of AI-enabled legal research tools across the firm, supported by internal AI usage policies, training programs and structured technology governance. The firm has also established an Innovation Hub to support the implementation and oversight of technology initiatives, including the integration of AI into legal research workflows.

William adds that the firm’s innovation strategy is focused on applying technology in ways that deliver practical benefits for lawyers and clients.
