The conversational AI platform transforming customer engagement for real estate businesses – VerbaFlo – has appointed Tim Stephen as Head of Europe, Real Estate. Tim will lead the company’s growth strategy across Europe, working with owners, operators, and asset managers to drive adoption of VerbaFlo’s AI communications platform across the region.
Tim brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry, with a deep, hands-on understanding of how property works at every level; from asset management and operational performance to customer service, occupier experience, and utilities.
Throughout his career he has worked closely with leading landlords, operators, and institutional owners to drive portfolio growth, improve operational efficiency, and raise the standard of service delivered to residents and occupiers across both residential and commercial sectors.

Prior to joining VerbaFlo, Tim held senior roles across the property sector, advising ownership groups and institutional investors on growth strategy, asset management, and the full operational lifecycle of Build to Rent, student accommodation, co-living, and commercial portfolios.
He has particular expertise in utilities, building operations, and customer service delivery; disciplines central to the day-to-day experience of tenants and occupiers alongside a strong track record in driving revenue growth and developing commercial partnerships across European markets.

In his role, Tim will work closely with Chief Business Officer Dan Smith. This also marks a further milestone in VerbaFlo’s global leadership build-out, as Tim’s appointment follows the recent appointment of SVP, Head of U.S. Multifamily and Student Housing Jennifer Love, as the company scales its senior team across Europe and the United States.
